Cancellation Policy

Same-day cancellations will be charged at 100% of the service fee. 24 hour cancellations will be charged at 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be required to pay 100% for the service fee to be able to reschedule. Late-shows will be charged $1 per minute up to 15 minutes, after 15 minutes the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
